West shares four children with Kardashian, who he proposed to in October 2013 after they first started dating in 2012.
The couple welcomed their first child, North West, in June 2013, and went on to get married in May 2014 before they decided to go their separate ways seven years later.
Throughout the course of their marriage they welcomed three more children, Saint, Chicago, and their youngest child Psalm, who arrived on May 9, 2019.
Following their divorce the former couple continued to co-parent their children, but recently West has been voicing his issues with the way the situation has allegedly played out.

This month, he featured in a lengthy interview with DJ Akademiks – which the rapper carried out while dressed in a black pointed hood.
During the conversation, West said he ended up in the situation with Kardashian because he had ‘picked’ her, saying: “Absolutely I did, that was my fault.”
He then went on to talk about how quickly he and Kardashian had become pregnant, saying: “I didn’t want to have children with this person after the first two months of being with her, but that wasn’t God’s plan.”
His comments come after West shared screenshots on Twitter of what he claimed were his and Kardashian’s private messages, captioning it: “This first screen grab shows that I’m not playing.”
West shared the screenshots as he teased the release of his latest song, titled ‘LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE’, which appears to feature disgraced rapper Diddy, his 26-year-old son Christian ‘King’ Combs, and 11-year-old North.

In an attempt to prevent North from being linked to the song, Kardashian is reported to have taken legal action to try and prevent the track from being released.
One message from West read: “I’m never speaking with you again.”
Kardashian replied: “l asked u at the time if I can trademark her name. You said yes. When she’s 18 it goes to her. So stop. I sent paper work over so she wouldn’t be in the Diddy song. To protect her.
“One person has to trademark! We agreed when they were born i would get all of our kids names and trademarks. So no one else would take them.”
West responded with: “Amend it or I’m going to war. And neither of us will recover from the public fallout. You’re going to have to kill me.”
In a previous interview conducted in 2016, West said he was ‘extremely protective’ when it came to North.
Diddy is currently behind bars in New York awaiting trial after being arrested in September 2024.
The disgraced rapper, whose real name is Sean Combs, has attempted to make bail on a handful of occasions, but a judge has always denied his requests with him being dubbed a flight risk.
With this in mind, Diddy has been forced to remain in jail and will be held until his trial in May.
The ‘Homecoming’ rapper is facing a series a charges including sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation. As well as this, Diddy has been hit with a several civil suits.
He continues to maintains his innocence.

Many in the industry have seemingly distanced themselves from Diddy in the wake of the numerous lawsuits and criminal charges he’s facing, but one has remained steadfast — that being Kanye ‘Ye’ West.
Describing the accused sex offender as his ‘brother’, West tagged Trump in a tweet and called on the president to free the ‘I Need A Girl’ hitmaker.
Now, West has released a new song featuring his 11-year-old daughter North West; a single Kim Kardashian reportedly tried to stop being released in light of it featuring a phone call that her ex-husband had with Diddy.
The track also features Diddy’s son, King Combs.
Now, as West continues to publicly support Diddy, a conversation between the two celebrities has been leaked online.
In the video, West is seen as Diddy speaks on loudspeaker to him from prison.
The footage was obtained by The Shade Room and hears Diddy tell West: “When I get out there, man, I want to see you f***king tear down the stadiums.
“I need to see you back on that stage, f***king actually rapping and f***king performing and everything. I be dreaming of that sh*t.”
Elsewhere in the leaked chat, Diddy says: “Tell you real from the front line. This sh*t is wicked, wicked, wicked, so you be careful. You can’t do nothing for just… I need you out there, you hear me?”
“I hear you. Yes, sir,” West replies.
Further on in the video, Diddy is heard thanking West for taking care of his kids. The incarcerated rapper has seven children: Quincy, 33, Justin, 30, Christian, 26, Chance, 18, twins D’Lila and Jessie, 17, and one-year-old Love.
Diddy also refers to himself as ‘Puff Daddy’ and labels it ‘sad as a motherf***er’ that he’s in jail.
The rapper – who now goes by Ye – and architect and model Censori have previously been at the centre of a police investigation after taking an x-rated boat ride in Venice – which later also saw them banned from the city for the rest of their lives – and it would appear they’re being scrutinized by authorities once again.
The alleged incident is reported as having taken place on Tuesday (16 April) night.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ a man allegedly pushed or grabbed Censori which led to Ye reportedly punching him in the face.
Ye and Censori are said to have left quickly after the altercation happened. The man involved reportedly didn’t seek medical assistance after the incident.
According to the sources, Ye has since reportedly been listed as a named suspect in a battery report and police are looking to speak to witnesses as well as with the musician himself.
However, a representative for the rapper has since come forward with more details of what happened that night.

Milo Yiannopoulos, chief of staff at Ye’s brand Yeezy, told The Mirror that Censori ‘was physically assaulted’.
He said: “The assailant didn’t merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted.
“‘A stranger grabbed Bianca’ is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened.”

Ye allegedly finding himself at the centre of a battery investigation follows soon after his bizarre alleged behavior at work was exposed after a former Yeezy employee came forward accusing the rapper of verbal abuse and threatening ‘physical violence’ among other claims.
Trevor Phillips filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles earlier this month on 2 April accusing Ye of treating Black members of staff ‘considerably worse than white employees’ alongside ‘spreading antisemitism’ in Donda school meetings and using ‘incessant harassment, humiliation and attempts to both mentally control and destroy Phillips’.
Phillips is now seeking $35,000 in damages.
Ye has yet to publicly respond to the lawsuit.

Whether it’s a nod to an icon of the past, a meaningful accessory from a flashy jeweler or even just a subtle badge of support for a cause, stars each have their own way of sending messages on the red carpet.
Admittedly, it might have been hard to find any obvious meaning in the dress Censori chose to wear at the Grammys on Sunday (February 2), largely due to the fact that there wasn’t much of a dress to speak of.

The 30-year-old stunned onlookers when she dropped her black fur coat to reveal a mesh dress which showed off her body, with the revelation so shocking that some viewers even feared she could face jail time for the stunt.
However, even the most minimalist of clothes have meaning. In fact, in Censori’s case, the lack of clothing apparently was the meaning.
The ‘explanation’ behind the dress has been revealed by a source close to Censori’s husband Kanye West, who spoke to The Sun amid rumors that the couple had been ‘kicked out’ of the Grammys – a claim West himself has hit back at.
The source said: “Ye always planned to do the red carpet and leave – he’d never sit through the Grammys because it’s so dull and boring.”
As for the dress, they continued: “People have called this a stunt but to Ye this is his art.”

“He turned up, made headlines around the world and left. No one told him what to do and even if they had, he wouldn’t have listened,” they added.
Though not all of the headlines about the couple’s controversial red carpet appearance have been positive, those close to the pair insisted Censori was ‘loving life and had a great time’ on the red carpet.
Sources described Censori as a ‘muse’ for West, adding: “There’s no coercion involved. This is what Ye does, he makes a statement and the whole world talks about it.”
“Bianca was saying how much she had enjoyed herself and you could tell Ye was happy,” an insider added after West and Censori left the Grammys and attended an after-party hosted by Justin LaBoy.
West himself responded to claims that he and Censori had been ‘kicked out’ of the Grammys in a since-deleted post online.
The rapper accused former CNN broadcast journalist Don Lemon of starting the false rumor, writing: “This the goofball that started the rumor that me and my wife got kicked out the Grammies 3 decades of innovating music and they always K***S like this.”
Lemon later hit back, argued he had not started the rumor about West and Censori, and that he had actually ‘corrected’ it.
